Make everyone’s day by pushing a trolley with all kinds of sweet treats and drinks around to residents who are frail aged and living in our aged care home in Caulfield. You’ll bring joy to each of our residents every time you enter the room.
Share your passion for music as you play your favourite instrument whether it be the piano, harp, guitar or your voice, for elderly residents at HammondCare Caulfield, a residential aged care home. We encourage a range of musical styles, from classical to popular hits from the 1930's onwards. Or perhaps just sit and engage with residents as they participate in another musical group event.
Spend time with residents who would like a to participate in art and social engagement at Caulfield residential care home. Ideally you'll be interested in art/crafts and enjoy socialising in small groups, you will be assisted by a Volunteer coordinator and all equipment will be on hand.
At MiCare, we don't want anybody to be lonely. Our visiting programs assist people who live independently and those who live in residential settings by bringing them into contact with a volunteer who (if possible) shares their language, cultural background and interests. You can make the difference, your regular visits will give the elders something to look forward to. The experience will be rewarding both for you and the elderly!
