As a Walk Assistant Volunteer, you will play a supportive role alongside our physiotherapists and lifestyle staff, encouraging residents to participate in walking-based activities. This is a people focused role. Volunteers assist residents as they walk around their home or accompany them to and from exercise classes. You may also support residents by pushing wheelchairs or walking beside them to ensure comfort and safety.
