1. Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships ● Identify potential corporate sponsors and initiate outreach to secure funding and in-kind support. ● Develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with the organisation’s mission. ● Create compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to corporate audiences.

2. Fundraising Initiatives ● Design and implement creative fundraising campaigns to attract individual and organisational donors. ● Develop strategies to diversify funding sources, including events, online campaigns, and donor appeals. ● Track and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising initiatives to optimise outcomes.

3. Administration and Reporting ● Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, partnerships, and donor interactions. ● Prepare periodic reports for the directors on fundraising progress, challenges, and opportunities.

4. Stakeholder Engagement ● Liaise with internal teams, community partners, and supporters to promote fundraising efforts. ● Represent the organisation professionally in all fundraising-related communications and meetings.

Skills and Qualifications ● Passion: A strong commitment to the mission of Eyes of Hope and making a difference in the community. ● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages. ● Relationship Building: Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders, including corporate partners. ● Organization: Strong planning, coordination, and time-management skills. ● Initiative: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative ideas to fundraising efforts. ● Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
