Help contribute to a fast growing sport! The Australian Dodgeball Federation is seeking a volunteer Social Media Manager. This role involves managing the ADF's social media platforms, creating engaging content, and building a strong online community.

The Nappy Collective links families in need with surplus nappies, gathering unused ones from the community and delivering them to disadvantaged families. This support alleviates economic hardship, families escaping domestic violence, and other challenges, guaranteeing all Australian children remain clean and dry. As demand surges, our assistance becomes increasingly crucial for families confronting difficult circumstances

• Coordinate and deliver community and fundraising events
• Engage with stallholders, local businesses, and community groups
• Maintain event calendars, respond to enquiries, and manage promotions

• Lead team of Events Admin Assistants for multicultural markets
• Coordinate compliance tracker, task allocation, and team training
• Experience in administration, operations, and remote work preferred

• Lead team of Events Organiser volunteers for multicultural markets
• Coordinate fundraising events to support disadvantaged youth in Australia
• Develop event planning skills and build a connected volunteer community

• Support volunteer journey from application to onboarding
• Draft position descriptions, screen applications, conduct interviews remotely
• Maintain recruitment, onboarding trackers; attend weekly team meetings

• Qualified Accountant with PBI/DGR charity experience
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and compliance strategies
• Support grant submissions, financial governance, and annual financial reports

• Provide legal guidance on charity compliance and governance matters
• Draft, review, and update legal documents for charity operations
• Bachelor's in Law with ACNC compliance knowledge and communication skills

Retail/Counter Staff are required to train on all till procedures, serve customers in a friendly manner, clean & restock etc. You will need to have a can-do attitude and be comfortable working and communicating with customers.

FAWNA is looking for volunteer telephone operators to answer wildlife-related calls and support our rescue network. 💚 Work remotely from anywhere in WA and choose flexible shifts between 6am and 12pm, seven days a week.

This role is ideal for people looking to develop valuable skills in call handling, communication, customer service, administration, problem-solving and teamwork. No wildlife experience is required. Full training and ongoing support.
