Create your own volunteering opportunity with Adopt-A-Spot! Adopt-a-Spot is an anti-litter program that engages volunteers (individuals, community groups, business groups) to undertake coordinated litter clean-ups of designated sites in their communities. Sites include but are not limited to: roadsides, streets, parks, waterways, bush trails, beaches and wetlands. Participants are provided with tools and support and receive an adoption certificate to acknowledge their commitment.

WA Wildlife's Reception program is for anyone with a passion for wildlife and the environment and enjoys interacting with people.
WA Wildlife's Recovery Ward program is for anyone interested in rehabilitating wildlife (there are no pre-requisites). Recovery Ward volunteers need to attend a minimum of one shift per week (8.30am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 8.30pm). Volunteers will work in our wildlife hospital under the guidance of one of our Veterinarians and/or an experienced volunteer.
