A Sound Life provides therapeutic and trauma informed yoga and meditation sessions with our participants of varying physical and mental abilities. Our sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and are designed to connect, uplift their spirits while empowering them. This leads to a positive transformation in the well-being for many Australians in need.

The Sound Mentoring Program provides music mentorship to at-risk young people, helping them to achieve their potential as artists and human beings. Come and join us as mentor! Telecross supports older Australian’s who are isolated and at risk of accident or illness that may go unnoticed, such as falling or being unable to call for help.

Little Dreamers supports Young Carers aged 4–25 across Australia. Volunteers help deliver School Holiday Programs, Peer Support sessions, and Tutoring, creating fun and inclusive spaces for Young Carers to connect and learn. This role ensures the smooth running and organisation of the Exhibition Hall area where exhibitors display their entries, from juniors to seniors. Also organises other displays within this area in line with the Theme of the Show annually.

We are looking for someone who loves wombats and has flexible availability, great people skills, basic office experience and is comfortable presenting to groups online and in person. The role is to assist with recruitment, induction & training of new volunteers, and ongoing training and support for existing volunteers as well as external group presentations. In-field experience treating wombats will be provided and proximity to trainers in the North East of Melbourne is essential.

The Veterinary Council of Australia (VNCA) is seeking to recruit a consumer representative for a position on the Australian Veterinary Nurse and Technician (AVNAT) Regulatory Council. The consumer representative will be required to provide a consumer voice to matters that are brought to the Council for discussion. These meetings may require pre-reading and preparation.

Youth in Motion’s Youth Workers play an essential role in supporting the wellbeing of students within our program. Your main role will be to onboard new students to our tutoring program and to regularly check in with students undergoing tutoring to ensure they feel supported and that their tutors are able to effectively tutor them.
