The role of Recruitment Officer will involve:

• Undertaking recruitment for specific roles within the organisation as needed.
• Placing advertisements on Seek Volunteer & Go Volunteer.
• Conducting the prescreening to ascertain suitability to join MYND Initiative Inc.
• Requesting resume / cover letter via email.
• Inviting the applicant to select their preferred interview time via calendly.
• Advising the interview panelists via Slack of the interview schedule.
• Conducting interviews.
• Upon selection, ensuring members are connected to Slack, the MYND Initiative Inc.’s communication platform.
