Get2Know is looking for a Business Analyst who plays a key part in enhancing their operational processes across various systems. Join our team to help undertake a range of requirement gathering activities and to bridge the gap to ensure the requirements are effectively translated into solutions to deliver desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, analysing, and consolidating data for various projects.

• Conduct research, sessions, and workshops to determine business requirements and then translate requirements into user stories.

• Working with various stakeholders at Get2Know to identify the gaps and how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions.

• Enhancing business systems by providing accurate information about Get2Know needs and priorities and adopting contemporary analysis best-practice methodologies and processes.

• Eliciting business process requirements by using a broad range of effective engagement techniques.

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to achieve Get2Know’s goals.

• Providing suggestions on issues to all level audiences to enable informed business decisions and improvements.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualified in IT related discipline.

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst with strong experience in Report Writing, Technical Writing and Content Writing.

• A great team player with a proactive approach.

• Hands-on and a sound understanding of online working tools, process improvement methodologies, related concepts and frameworks.

• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication (documentation and writing) skills.

• Strong interpersonal, consultative and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of Agile concepts.
