The Role We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic data analyst with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future. You'll work with our data analytics team to identify trends and patterns in data, and creatively present data to tell stories and drive people to act. As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to champion new initiatives and improve existing ones. This occurs through regular meetings with team members, and presenting ideas to people from a variety of disciplines. You will also keep track of your activities. Your efforts will turn data into meaningful information, and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Your experience Proficiency with the Google ecosystem, including Looker and Google Spreadsheets. Five years commercial experience. Experience creating interactive dashboards. Experience with using data storytelling techniques to creatively present data. Ability to identify data sources, consolidate datasets, generate insights, and identify trends from data. This includes finding answers to specific questions. Preparing reports for project teams and the organisation as a whole. GA and SQL experience is a bonus.

Ideally, you should have Master Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Fluency in English (preferred). A desire to make a sustainable world. A collaborative team player mindset. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Well-developed problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn new skills The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time. A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
