We are looking for a Trip Companion Volunteer who will provide social support to our seniors during their monthly trips to the local restaurants and cafe. The main purpose of the outings is to provide seniors with opportunities to have meals outside their usual environment and enjoy the restaurant atmosphere. The trips will take place once a month on Tuesday between 9:30am - 2:30pm.

To bring joy, social and cultural connection to an older person by visiting in their residential home. Approximately an hour weekly/fortnightly at a time to suit both of you. It is advised that you complete some online dementia training provided by us although not mandatory. Greek speaking gentleman will be highly desirable for this opportunity.
