Spread Joy, by joining our Volunteer Team! The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person, right here in North Sydney. Spend time with an with an elderly woman who is seeking a Social Visitor at a Residential Care Home in Hunters Hill. Enjoy a having coffee at the onsite coffee shop and chatting together about gardening, baking, knitting and dressmaking.
Come and help clients get to the shops, doctors and hospital appointments. This valuable community service helps assist people to stay living independently in their own homes.
With the warmer weather and school or work finishing for the year, you may have considered engaging in one-off volunteering. At Easy Care Gardening, we support the older community in living at home for longer by transforming their outdoor spaces into a safer and more manageable environment.
