The Strategic Projects Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of a variety of Yogahood Australia’s initiatives that fall alongside the regular operation of the organisation and are scoped within the overall strategy for Yogahood Australia. Under general direction, the Strategic Projects Manager will plan, monitor, organise, and deliver the scope of Yogahood’s strategy and operational project as set by the CEO and Board.

• Support core activities for Yogahood Australia's outreach programs
• Contribute skills in team management, communications, partnerships, and more
• Flexible remote volunteering, 3-5 hours per week commitment

• Manage day-to-day financial tasks and maintain accurate records
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and ensure legal compliance for organization
• Provide strategic financial guidance, ambassadorship, and fundraising support

• Support HR functions in recruitment, WHS, and wellbeing projects
• Contribute to positive volunteer experience and community support initiatives
