The main jobs will be returning to full operation 3 Mirrless generators as well as maintaining several Petter back up engines (fire pump, air compressor and generator as well as a second back up generator. ) You'll be allowing to further educate the public on how a ship operated as well as inspire people intrested in a career in mechanical repair.

All our vessels were restored and are maintained in-house by our own volunteers. So enormous quantities of historic components, spares and materials have been acquired and used or kept for use when needs arise. Sadly these stores of parts and material have in the usual way fallen into a mess. Your job will be to create some order out of chaos.
