As a volunteer Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of PMI Queensland. Australian Epilepsy Project (The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health)
The Australian Epilepsy Project (AEP) aims to change the lives of people living with epilepsy through advanced testing and AI by 2025. To achieve this, we need your help. We are seeking volunteers to join our control group. Control groups are vital to a research study providing a point of comparison for general participants and helping to determine the study's efficacy. Your participation will help shape the future landscape of epilepsy diagnoses and treatment for thousands of Australians.
We’re searching for a PhD student to join our team! Contribute to applied research addressing urban wildlife challenges within the Australian Pet Welfare Foundation’s long-term Community Cat Program. This project evaluates humane, evidence-based management of free-roaming cats. SchoolKits for Congo seek students to choose and organise events to fund the provision of SchoolKits to child victims of war, enabling them to re-start their lives and education in Goma, DRC. Events include Cupcakes for Congo, a Gapminder Quiz, a Photography Competition and more. Volunteers will need to get permission from the school to run their events. We provide support packages for the various activities and videos and other resources to explain why the work is important.
