The role will also be instrumental in ensuring effective communication and coordination between the executive team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. They will act as liaisons, representing the executives in interactions with board members, volunteers, and the executive team, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. The executive assistant's proactive approach and strong organisational skills will be essential in anticipating needs, resolving issues, and facilitating the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key duties of the Executive Assistant will include:

-CEO’s Wingperson: Manage the CEO’s schedule like a pro, ensuring they’re in the right place at the right time (mostly all virtually, even sneak in a virtual coffee break!). -Communication Wizard: Be the go-to liaison between our CEO and the leadership team, making sure everyone’s on the same page and having a good time. -Project Superhero: Dive into various projects and initiatives, helping to drive our mission forward while showing off your skills and creativity.
-Document Dynamo: Create engaging presentations and reports that not only inform but also inspire action (with a sprinkle of your unique flair!).
-Team Cheerleader: Support our leadership team whenever needed, making meetings enjoyable and tracking action items like a champ.
