Volunteering Queensland is seeking a Podcast Assistant to assist with the production and promotion of the My Queensland Volunteer Story Podcast.

The Podcast Assistant will assist with:

• Sourcing podcast guests, conducting screening calls, and scheduling interviews.
• Writing episode descriptions and show notes.
• Editing podcast episodes.
• Uploading podcast episodes to podcast hosting platform and share across listening platforms.
• Creating social media posts and newsletter content to promote the podcast.

The Podcast Assistant will report to the Organisational Engagement Manager on a part-time basis in the Volunteering Queensland office in Brisbane City and/or online.

Podcast production or editing experience, great copy writing and communication skills are required.
