We are looking for an awesome volunteer Administrator to help run our programs. Duties could also be split into job share. If you have some spare time and have experience in the following (some of these duties could be done remotely/on line, but you MUST be located within the Brisbane/Logan area - NO overseas applications):

• helping us find sponsors/donations by emailing businesses and setting up meetings.
• Some posting on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
• using Google Forms for registrations and transferring info onto a spreadsheet.
• Liaising with parents via email and Whatsapp (chat app).
• Located in Brisbane/Logan area & have access to vehicle.
• Have a Blue card, or we can help you with this process.
• Attend our coaching clinic program at Kingston one afternoon a week to greet kids & parents, maintaining attendance list & help register new participants.
• Helping with selling raffle tickets for fundraising.
• Occasionally assisting to collect bottles from cafe's or hotels and delivering them to Containers for Change.
• Occasional meetings with sponsors, clubs or businesses
