Volunteers are required to act as a tour guide, provide customer service, sell merchandise, deal with customer inquiries and special events, and provide information to visitors, at a National Trust site in the Wodonga area. Requirements are a friendly manner, ability to be sympathetic, good customer service skills, confidence in public speaking, and physically able to walk across the site.

Op Shop Assistant Volunteers required to undertake a variety of tasks at a Charity Store in Wodonga. Duties include sorting, ticketing, hanging and selling of clothing. Other duties may include moving around and dismantling furniture and general op shop duties such as dusting, etc. The store is open Monday to Saturday.

The Red Nose Treasured Babies Program supports families following the death of a baby by providing beautiful handmade items of clothing for parents to dress their baby in, no matter the gestation. The program is run by volunteers, with support from Red Nose staff. The Treasured Babies Administrator will provide administrative support to the program by liaising with other volunteers, Red Nose staff members, hospitals and other key stakeholders.
