As a Gig Buddies’ volunteer you will assist an adult with mild to moderate learning disability and/or autism to access the community and attend events (and have fun!). You will be provided training and ongoing support to do this. You and your buddy will go to an event (gig) or catch up once a month for at least 12 months. You and your buddy choose the events you both want to attend.

Wyong Neighbourhood Centre are running a frozen meal program at the Red Tree Theatre in Tuggerah. We are looking for a volunteer to assist in the kitchen with the preparation and cooking of meals on Tuesdays.

Max Potential connects Northern Central Coast (Tuggerah Lakes/Wyong) young people with trusted local adults who genuinely care about their future. Delivered in partnership with local businesses and community stakeholders, the program builds confidence and leadership, culminating in a community service project that gives back to the Central Coast.

We are looking for beauty demonstrators who are comfortable presenting to a small group of participants to help our participants face their cancer diagnosis with confidence. Our volunteers present skincare, makeup and head-wear workshops at the Tuggerah Lakes. If you are comfortable presenting to our participants and love to help others, we need you! Look Good Feel Better is a free national community service program run by the Cancer Patients Foundation.
