We are looking for a Treasurer to join the organising committee of St Albans Folk Festival, NSW. SAFF is held annually over the ANZAC Day long weekend, and about 90 minutes from Sydney. SAFF is a beloved community event with over 40 years history hosting musicians, singers, dancers, poets, speakers and street performers.

We are looking for a volunteer Social Media Manager to join the marketing team. You will report to the Festival Marketing Manager, and work closely with the Artistic Director and Graphic Designer. Work hours are flexible and are spread throughout the year, with more concentrated periods just before, during, and after the Festival (late April).

In palliative care, client biography combines life review, reminiscence, and life story published into the written form to become permanent records of reflections, events, and memories, for the patient/client and their family. Being a biographer provides an opportunity for a volunteer to meet with the client and to record their life stories – captured for future generations.

Volunteers will provide social support, companionship, listening ear and emotional support to people living with a life limiting illness. This includes emotional support and respite for carers. Companionship and support for a person who has a life limiting illness including those who are at end of life, either at home or in hospital - can visit Hawkesbury Hospital or clients home.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with light gardening duties on the property. - This role is not as physically demanding as property maintenance volunteers and may be suitable to someone with physical issues which require minimal lifting or carrying of heavy items.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with overall cleaning and organising of the main building, both internal & external.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by being first point of contact for all visitors as well as assisting with volunteer engagement and retention.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with horse preparation, leading of horses in program sessions, assistance with life skills/groundwork sessions and assisting in the pack up and return of horses to the paddock.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre Equine programs by participating in tasks as directed by the Coach. Equine program assistants have a primary role to support RDA Coaches for sessions.
