Are you looking for an opportunity to help seniors from Cumberland LGA? Are you studying Community Services/Aged Care and looking for a place to gain some working experience? This volunteer position may suitable for you!
We are currently looking for volunteers who would like to provide support to people aged over 65 by assisting with shopping, paying bills or other errands as required e.g. pushing trolley, reaching for items, carrying bags (ensuring these are not too heavy for you), putting bags in car and customer’s home or front door. * It is great if you can speak Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, Tamil, Hindi, Farsi, Turkish or other languages!
Volunteering at our op shop will give you a sense of community, with satisfaction from helping others, recycling unwanted goods and most importantly you will be raising money for Grace’s Place.

We are looking for the volunteer who is able to lift the weights. Bus will start at 8am from Karabi Wentwothville centre and reach Foodbank. On every Wednesday Karabi will pick up the food from the Foodbank, Glendenning and transport to all the 3 centres to distribute it to the clients at the centres.
