Would you like to help us prepare and serve freshly cooked, nutritious meals with hot drinks for those people in need? We serve the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in our community, whether they are experiencing homelessness, loneliness and isolation, life crisis, and/or living with mental illness. We help as best we can -without judgment- from heart to hand.
Guiding Visitors and groups, to experience Hambledon Cottage and learn about its former occupants and colonial life.
Meals on Wheels deliver meals to older people and people with a disability living in the Parramatta LGA on week day mornings. Drivers are responsible for driving to our Hunter Street office then to customers homes with a helper. Volunteers will need to have a full licence and own comprehensively insured car. It is a mandatory requirement, according to Public Health Orders, for volunteers to provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccines and booster vaccine registration certificate.
