• Interact with customer to enhance their well-being, e.g. conversation • Assist staff and other volunteers with running activities including set up & clear away • Set tables for lunch & assist with serving morning tea and lunch • Food preparation (e.g. sandwiches for outings) and cutting up customer’s meals if required • Clear away all the dirty plates, cups, dishes and cutlery and place on the trolley • Assist staff with putting all equipment away in the storeroom • Assist with administration & activities e.g. craft preparation, laminating, decorating, phone calls
