An experienced Digital Skills Mentor is required to teach, guide and support our mostly older volunteers in the use of our IT tools. Most of our volunteers have had limited experience using IT tools like Office 365. We use Office 365, Outlook email and Teams for video meetings and will be deploying a commercial product (Teach ‘n' Go) to manage our membership base. As we expand and grow, our users need to be trained and mentored in their use of all our IT tools.
