Liaise with businesses for sponsorship for our major event showcasing free entertainment for families especially children

Maintain our facebook page with updates and seek advertising for our event to be submitted to committee for approval

Conduct financial reports monthly for meetings, prepare a budget, payments of invoices, and sending relevant invoices

Train with Secretary as per duties listed below to take over the role within a one or two year period.

This role ensures the smooth running and organisation of the Exhibition Hall area where exhibitors display their entries, from juniors to seniors. Also organises other displays within this area in line with the Theme of the Show annually.

We are looking for someone who loves wombats and has flexible availability, great people skills, basic office experience and is comfortable presenting to groups online and in person.
