CANsign is a volunteer-staffed organisation who help other NFP’s design, produce and distribute signs, posters, stickers, magnets, t-shirts and other merchandise specifically for campaigning and advocating for climate action and protecting the environment. We aim to offer our services at the lowest cost possible while still providing high quality. We are looking for an energetic volunteer to join our happy team and assist our Supplier Manager, who engages with our suppliers.

Your role will be, but not limited to, helping our Supplier Manager:

• liaise with our client manager to understand our customers’ brief and requirement
• arrange Request for Quotations (RFQs) from a selection of preferred Service Providers
• research Service Providers and offerings
• prepare and finalise RFQs for our clients and partners
• place orders with our Service Providers, tracking production and delivery
• liaise with our client team about deadlines and delivery times
• liaise with our finance team on timing and billing details for Client and Service Provider invoices

Although no specific skills are required, we are looking for someone passionate about climate action, energetic and well organised. Attention to details and a good knowledge with Excel will be a plus.
