At Habitat for Humanity Australia, we believe it all starts at home, that a decent home provides much more than bricks and mortar. It’s the foundation for giving families the opportunity to be healthier, happier and more secure, and leads to stronger communities that can then grow and sustain themselves. While we’re building, we’re also training, giving local communities the expertise and knowledge they can then share with others. It’s a ‘pay it forward’ model and the beginning of generational change.
