**One on One Community Social visits with elderly HammondCare Home client.** ☕ Would you enjoy spending time with a kind‑hearted elderly woman who loves a warm chat over coffee, working on her diamond‑dot crafts, and sharing stories about her beloved family and pets? 🐦

Spend about an hour each week or fortnight visiting older woman and an older man in a residential home at a time that suits you both. As a volunteer with the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme, you’ll help reduce loneliness and isolation, bringing companionship and improving overall wellbeing. These residents will benefit from volunteers who speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin. Your visits can make a real difference in their lives.
