You will assist our property staff by participating in activities related to the maintenance and general upkeep of our property. Activities may include · Touch up painting · Outdoor furniture upkeep · General gardening · Wood mulch distribution ·Feeding birds & cleaning bird cage ·Assisting move small items of furniture ·Assisting to move life engagement equipment such as a ping pong table ·Assisting to set up for events and BBQs ·Wheelchair repair ·Trimming branches and cleaning with a gurney.

A low stress role in the company of other volunteers, where, once a week, you would help make sure the kitchen and fridge are clean, do a bit of tidying, light dusting and wiping over library shelves. We are looking for someone who can help with the gardening or groundsman work at the school. The school grounds need regular cleaning, gardening, trimming bushes and trees, leave blowing etc. Ideally the person can also repair small things and help with small tasks like hanging pictures, building small shelves and etc. Preferably supply own tools.
