The Northern Rivers were impacted severly during the weather event in 2022, leaving 1000's of people homes either destoryed or in ill repair. Resilient Lismore, a local community non profit organisation who mobilises teams of people to help repair homes under the direction of a team leader. Volunteers are integral part of the teams who help the community rebuild under the guidance of a project leader. Opportunity for handy people are also available including painters, plasters and tilers. Administration roles are also required. Resilient Lismore operates Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Working Holiday Visa Applicants are also invited to apply.
