Do you have experience in dog grooming and a passion for helping animals in need? RSPCA NSW is looking for skilled volunteer Dog Groomers to support our teams at the Hunter Shelter and Sydney Adoption Centre.

We’re looking for passionate vet/vet grad volunteers to travel with and support our Community Outreach team specifically for our ‘Healthy Pet Day’ events.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre Equine programs by participating in tasks as directed by the Coach. Equine program assistants have a primary role to support RDA Coaches for sessions.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by undertaking a range of Property Maintenance tasks.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by recruiting & supporting volunteers across all areas of the centre while maintaining volunteer engagement and retention.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with light gardening duties on the property. - This role is not as physically demanding as property maintenance volunteers and may be suitable to someone with physical issues which require minimal lifting or carrying of heavy items.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by being first point of contact for all visitors as well as assisting with volunteer engagement and retention.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with horse preparation, leading of horses in program sessions, assistance with life skills/groundwork sessions and assisting in the pack up and return of horses to the paddock.

Garden volunteers play a vital role in preserving and maintaining the historic gardens of National Trust properties. Your work supports the conservation and presentation of these unique places ensuring they remain beautiful, accessible and sustainable for visitors and future generations.

RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. There are many and varied opportunities for volunteers at our centre.
