Your gardening experience, or your willingness to learn new gardening skills, will be greatly appreciated in this role. You'll be working outdoors in a beautiful setting: planting, weeding, pruning and mulching as well as other garden related activities. Days and hours are negotiable to suit your schedule. The role requires a current Criminal Record Check and would prefer a current Working with Children Check.

Work with our Events/Activities Committee to prepare and present a variety of craft, art, gardening, or music activities with our community. Duties include setting up and disassembling these activities, meet and greet, signing off attendees, running the small event (approx. 10-20 people), and cleaning the space before and after the event. You may also assist with teaching and sharing your skills with activities.

Your interest in gardens and horticulture, enthusiasm for all things environmental and love of informing others will be greatly valued in this role. You'll be asked to guide, inform and educate visitors, including groups from schools and other educational institutions, and to assist with other educational activities. Tours and activities will be scheduled in consultation with you. This role requires a current Criminal Record check and would prefer to also have Working with Children Check.

Our service helps people maintain their independence and improve their well-being. We are looking for Delivery Drivers and Assistants to deliver meals to our clients' homes while providing brief social interaction and a friendly face. Tasks include picking up prepared meals and driving or delivering meals to clients. Meals are to be picked up from Dungog Hospital Kitchen or Tocal College Kitchen Assistance is also needed to unload and pack meals in our freezers ready for delivery.

Drivers use our fleet of well-kept, branded vehicles. The role delivers a door-through-door service. This includes assisting clients from their front door into/out of the vehicle. Drivers may also be required to assist with walkers and wheelchairs.

All PPE and equipment (self-propelled mowers, whipper-snippers etc) provided. All chemical use is under strictly controlled conditions.
