Your strong literacy and numeracy skills, and your patience and dedication, will be highly regarded in this role, assisting Adult Vocational Education students who may be challenged by, or face barriers with, the literacy and numeracy requirements within the course they are undertaking. You will be delivering & collecting items and stock (including bulky items) from shops across the region and delivering items to community members in need. You will help raise funds by distributing welfare items across the region to support the housing of the homeless and other vulnerable people. You will work alongside another volunteer and work as part of the wider team reporting to and assisted by our Distribution Centre but operate from a Transport Hub.
