The position requires forming a friendly relationship with an older person living in an aged care home by visiting at least once a fortnight. Increase their wellbeing by looking at photos, reminiscing, reading the paper, going for walks in the garden, listening to music, playing games etc.. ***To be referred to this role an interview with Volunteering Central Coast's ACVVS Coordinator is required. Attending court can be challenging and distressing, especially if it is your first time. CRC’s trained volunteers provide information on court processes, where to seek advice, and emotional support to people attending local courts across NSW. Legal advice is not provided in this role.

The Vinnies Support Centre is a client support and referral centre with emergency assistance (Monday – Friday), reception and client support volunteers all trained to engage with people experiencing disadvantage and address requests for assistance professionally.
