Lifeline Direct is the direct service delivery arm and a wholly owned subsidiary of Lifeline Australia. It was initially established to provide a consolidation pathway for local Lifeline Centres to share resources, skills and experiences in developing a strong service coordination. Lifeline Direct encompasses the Hunter, Central Coast, Eastern Suburbs, New England, Northern NSW, Geelong, South West Victoria and Western Melbourne.

The relevant Regional Office facilitates the work of local Conferences by providing administrative supports and a space for Society Members to engage and assist individuals identified as at risk.
