Individual Social Support is about creating connections between isolated older people and the community. The community volunteers in this role are matched with an older person experiencing isolation for the purposes of social interaction, accompanied errands such as shopping, and increased community connection. We require a volunteer who speaks Greek and English, to be matched with a client who lives in the Tempe area.
