The volunteer Kitchen Coordinator / Cook is a pivitol position within our centre. The Gosford 50+ Leisure and Learning Centre is run entirely by volunteers, and we’re looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting and enriching the lives of our senior community. If you have a love for cooking, and a knack for coordination, we’d love to have you on our team!

As a Volunteer Social Media and Website Administrator, you will be the key player in bringing our Centre’s online presence to life, ensuring that seniors in the community stay connected, informed, and excited about the opportunities available to them.

This role is only a few hours of time each week. Flexible hours, volunteer from home. As a Marketing and Promotions Coordinator at our Gosford 50+ Leisure and Learning Centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our senior community is aware of all the wonderful opportunities available to them. Your efforts will help connect seniors with a safe, welcoming space where they can engage in enriching activities that promote their physical, mental and social wellbeing.

We are seeking a volunteer driver to use our vehicle to transport Young Parents and child (baby through to toddler) from their home and drive to and from Support Group Session at The Clam Hall, Long Jetty. The vehicle is a 2013 8-seater automatic van - Hyundai Staria Persons must hold unrestricted NSW Driver's License. No Provisional License drivers permitted due to insurance.

We welcome a range of musical styles, from classical, jazz, country, rock'n'roll and popular hits from the 1930's onwards.

One sugar or two?! Make everyone’s day by pushing a trolley Serving coffees, creating a warm friendly environment where residents can come and enjoy a coffee, a treat, read a newspaper etc. You will need to be welcoming, ready for a chat, able to serve coffees and bring a joyful ambiance to our residents who are frail aged and living with Dementia in our aged care home in Woy Woy.

This role provides individual Social Support to My Aged Care approved Seniors. The service is by Phone and include both a daily welfare checks and Social Chat service.

Working alongside our truck assistants help with tasks involving driving the truck for collection of donations, such as clothing bags, books & other furniture items being donated. Some lifting involved up to maximum 10kg. Hours are 7am to 3pm ***To be referred to this role an interview with Volunteering Central Coast is required.
