The WCHN Human Research Ethics Committee has responsibility to review, and where appropriate, approve research or research audit projects involving patients, patients’ families, patient tissue, patient information, and/or WCHN staff. A Lay member (not associated with the organisation) is required on the membership of the WCH Patient Care Ethics Committee (PCEC)
