Sunday, 25 May 2025 Cathy Freeman Park Sydney Olympic Park A family-friendly, fun-filled morning requires no special skills, experience, or training – just your presence and enthusiasm. Some tasks may include directing and encouraging participants around the course, selling merchandise, and handing out participants' packs. There is even a role for the keen bike riders out there! We need volunteers on the day from 6.45 a.m. to approximately midday in various roles.

Equip people seeking asylum and refugees with the necessary knowledge and skills to find employment and training opportunities.

A visitor is needed for a lovely lady who lives in aged care and suffers from Anxiety in the Kings Langley area. You could chat, do a hobby together, share your stories. This is such a rewarding way to volunteer. You could make such a difference to life for this lady just by dropping in for a chat on a regular basis.

The Hospitality Cart brings a ray of sunshine to families and children in hospital wards by offering body boosters (snacks, drinks, hygiene items like deodorant and toothpaste) and boredom busters (card games, puzzle books, magazines, craft projects, and more!). With the added smiles of our volunteers, we help families recharge, so they feel refreshed and better able to support their child during their hospital stay.

Attending court can be challenging and distressing, especially if it is your first time. CRC’s trained volunteers provide information on court processes, where to seek advice, and emotional support to people attending local courts across NSW. Legal advice is not provided in this role.
