TRAINING & EVENT VOLUNTEER

Volunteers will have the chance to learn about the sport of Goalball, contribute to a safe and supportive space for participants, and be a part of a fun and welcoming team. Whether you're helping athletes train, assist with event logistics, or ensure everyone feels included, your role will make a difference in the lives of players and help promote the sport of Goalball across NSW.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist with setting up and packing down court equipment • Support coaches and officials during training sessions and competitions • Help maintain safety protocols and court silence during gameplay • Assist with score keeping and time keeping • Guide participants as needed around the venue • Support event organization and coordination
Who Can Volunteer? We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, with or without experience in disability sports. Whether you're familiar with Goalball or are new to the sport, we provide the opportunity to learn and engage with athletes from diverse backgrounds.
