Max Potential is a youth leadership program that connects young people with leaders in their local community. As a community coach you will be trained in the art of leadership coaching and then matched to a young adult from one of the local high schools. You will use your new coaching skills to coach on personal leadership, goals and community leadership. You will receive three professional coaching sessions, and the opportunity to boost your young adult's confidence, self-esteem and resilience.

Side By Side Advocacy is looking for a person living or working in the Parramatta area to connect with Max. Max is a friendly man in his early 70s living in North Parramatta. He’s a loyal Parramatta Eels fan, enjoys a chat, and sharing a cuppa. If you can commit around half an hour every 1-2 weeks to visit and get to know Max, you could make an enormous difference in his life.
