Side By Side Advocacy is a proactive and dynamic not for profit organisation based in Parramatta and active across the northern suburbs of Greater Sydney.

Through our advocacy programs we promote and uphold the rights needs and interests of people with disability and specialise in providing advocacy for people with intellectual disability.

We currently have a vacancy on our Board of Management. This unpaid role would be suitable for someone who has the time, skill, energy and motivation to work for social justice for people with disability.

We are particularly interested in hearing from you if any of the following describe you • Experience on a not for profit Board of Management • Experience in marketing and engaging through social media • Experience applying for grants and/or fundraising • Experience in the disability sector • Law, business or financial acumen • Have lived experience of disability • Have or are able to grow networks within the community to advance our work.
