Connect And Nurture is an in-home support program for new mothers with children aged between 0 and 3. We are looking for kind and nurturing local women who love to form social connections and want to support mothers to not feel alone in raising children. Volunteers visit families in their home for up to 2 hours a week over a 6 month period. This consistent support can be the difference in a mother's life and provides a empowering connection with their local community.

Having good social connections is essential for all aspects of health, especially as we age. The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) and Volunteer Visitors program supports older Australian’s who live in an aged care facility or their own home and who are lonely or socially isolated.
