We are seeking volunteers to assist in our retail Op Shops. You will be able to get involved in a range of activities including pricing, sorting, preparing, presenting donated goods for sale and assisting customers. This role can be very social as well as a lot of fun.
Collecting competitors who drop out due to injury and delivering them to the Support Crew checkpoint or start/finish location. All applications MUST be received prior to 13 June 2022.
Assist the Event Liaison Officer to set up the registration area and process competitors registering for the Kokoda Challenge. All applications MUST be received prior to 13 June 2022.
Delivering snacks and meals to the start/finish line and checkpoints around the course. Setting up food, tea, and coffee supplies for the kitchen, collecting supplies from suppliers, and any other ad hoc tasks. All applications MUST be received prior to 13 June 2022.
This is manual work which involves delivering the equipment and supplies required at all the checkpoints (including the start and finish line) of the events, as directed by the Event Manager. Some of this work is done in the week prior to the event -Thur 16/6 and Fri 17/6. All applications MUST be received prior to 13 June 2022.
Your role will require you to service the Information and Merchandise tent at the Kokoda Challenge. You will be supporting our Competitors, Support Crews, Volunteers, and Spectators. All applications MUST be received prior to 13 June 2022.
