As you visit and spend time with elderly male residents at HammondCare Cardiff, you'll help with activities to build friendship amongst the male residents. Some common activities include cooking at BBQ, card games with tea/coffee cake and an occasional beer and chips.

Lets get crafting! Share your love of arts and crafts with residents at HammondCare Aged Care Home in Cardiff. Show off your creative and artistic skills as you assist people to create their own pieces, we have a huge range of resources available on site to access in this role.

Do you love to sing or showcase your musical skills! Come join in the fun! Share your love of music with our residents in our HammondCare dementia cottages at Cardiff. Bring your own instrument to play some tunes or help lead a sing-along.

We are looking for a reliable person to assist us one to two days per week to keep our Residential Care Home looking its best. Duties may include tidy up of our gardens, pruning, site rubbish pickup, minor repair or maintenance, changing light globes. BBQ checks. pressure washing paths. re-arranging storerooms, painting and lubricating door locks. If you feel this is a good match for you, we'd like to hear from you.
