🚌 Beep Beep, Toot Toot! 🎉 With your help as a mini‑bus driver, elderly residents at HammondCare Residential Aged Care will enjoy fun and relaxing short outings around the local community 🚐😊. You’ll be joined by one of our care staff, who will support residents and look after their needs throughout the trip 💛👩‍⚕️. Your friendly presence can make each outing a highlight of their week 🌼✨.

🌿💛 Share Your Love of Gardening at Cardiff Do you have a green thumb or simply enjoy being around plants and good company? This gentle volunteer role invites you to spend relaxed, meaningful time with residents living with dementia.

HammondCare pastoral care volunteers have an opportunity to support the spiritual and emotional needs of the elderly people living in an aged care home 🏡. As a pastoral care volunteer ✝️ you’ll be a Christian actively involved with a local Christian church ⛪ in the area, offering comfort, presence, and hope to those who need it most 🤝

You will be responsible for delivering/collecting various items (including heavy/ bulky items) to/from shops across the region and will deliver these items to community members in need. By performing this role, you will help raise funds by distributing welfare items across the region to support the housing of the homeless and other vulnerable people in the community. You will perform your duties alongside another volunteer and will work as part of the wider team at our Distribution Centre.
