Do you have a genuine empathy and understanding of older people, have good communication and listening skills and speak Cantonese and Mandarin? Do you want to enhance the quality of life of seniors by providing companionship, friendship and opportunities for socialisation and activities and are aged over 18 years? Well respected service providing culturally appropriate residential and community Aged Care to the Chinese and South East Asian community since 1980 is seeking volunteers.
- Make a difference in the life of a vulnerable child as a specialised foster carer in an internationally proven behaviour modification program - Care for a child or young person aged 7-17 in your own home for around nine months - Tax-free reimbursement of $75,000 per annum pro rata with 24/7 on-call support - Full training provided - Help us support kids who are at risk of entering or currently living in a residential care facility

HammondCare pastoral care volunteers have an opportunity to support the spiritual and emotional needs of the elderly people living in their home. As a pastoral care volunteer you’ll be a Christian actively involved with a local Christian church in the Sydney South West and surrounding regions.
