Walk Me Home is a 25KM walk with all proceeds going to Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney to support seriously ill and injured children. We need some enthusiastic people to help us at the start line at Lyne Park, Rose Bay with registration and cheering our participants off on their walk. His background is working on forklifts around Sydney's wharfs, and he would enjoy meeting someone to visit him weekly/fortnightly for a cuppa and a chat. We are seeking participants aged 18-70 years who: 1) have chronic fatigue syndrome, 2) are experiencing ongoing fatigue and symptoms following COVID-19 infection, or 3) have had COVID-19, but are not experiencing ongoing symptoms.

Volunteer required to visit an older woman living in a residential aged care home in Maroubra for social support and friendship on a weekly or fortnightly basis. This lady enjoys going to art galleries, gardening, painting and going out for coffee. You would need to be available on weekdays. It would be great if you could visit her regularly to reduce her feelings of loneliness and isolation.
