MWF is an Australian registered not-for-profit organisation that, through sailing, becomes a catalyst for change in people's lives. MWF offers opportunities for transformation to young people with disabilities and those at a disadvantage to drive a more optimistic outlook, for personal growth and improved life outcomes. It is about giving people the opportunity to consider themselves in a new light and to consider the possibility, whether they might be disabled or disadvantaged, of what the future holds. In short, we need you to help us create optimism where it does not exist. We need your passion, enthusiasm and skills to help us achieve these outcomes.We use sailing as a tool to build confidence, self-esteem and new relationships. We provide free sailing and training programs for people with a disability, disadvantaged children and adults, and their carers.
