The Volunteer Tutor Scheme is a program that helps migrants and refugees who are unable to attend AMEP English classes, with one on one lessons for 1 hour per week. Anyone can become a volunteer tutor, even if you’re not a native English speaker. All you need is confidence in English, access to transport and the desire to help others learn. You will be helping people to access basic services and connect with the community, thereby having a huge impact on their ability to settle in Australia.

Make a difference in young people’s lives by volunteering with our local Scout Group! We’re looking for adult helpers and leaders to guide and support our Scouts as they learn new skills, build confidence, and have fun adventures.
